Uttara Bank Securities Limited is going to increase the paid-up Capital by issuing Right Shares among the shareholders of the company. In the Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Uttara Bank Securities Limited held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, the 16th April, 2026. The Shareholders unanimously approved to increase in Paid-up Capital by issuing Right Shares (1:4) to the existing shareholders and entity of the company. Subscription period will be 30 days, i.e. from 19th April 2026 to 18th May 2026. Uttara Bank PLC is going to invest further Tk.192,55,84,500.00 (Taka one hundred ninety two crore fifty five lac eighty four thousand and five hundred) only as the parent company of Uttara Bank Securities Limited.
