The company's principal operation is to operate as a TREC holder of the Stock Exchange and to conduct the stock-dealer and stock-broker activity in stocks, shares, securities, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial instruments as specified in the Memorandum &Articles of Association of the company under the rules of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSEC), Central depository Bangladesh Limited and other related bodies.
