COMPANY PROFILE

Uttara Bank Securities Limited (UBSL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Uttara Bank PLC. UBSL obtained the license from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) as Stock Broker for trading of securities listed in Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited on behalf of investors/clients and Stock Dealer for trading of securities listed in Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited for itself. So UBSL is fully engaged in securities trading. The company holds the TREC of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (TREC No. 250). It provides brokerage services through DSE. The company also holds the Depository Participant (DP) license.


At present the company has operated its activities from its Head Office located at Uttara Bank Bhaban (13th Floor), 47 Shahid Bir UttamAshfaqus Samad Sarak, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000. UBSL has implemented the most updated software "CAPITA" that can be served for all services needed to be provided by a brokerage house.
